We stock 13mm wall for general heating and hot and cold water pipework, and 19mm wall for heat pump primaries and runs where a thicker insulation layer is specified.

Armacell ArmaLight Tubolit DG, factory-made polyethylene foam (PEF) to EN 14313

Declared thermal conductivity λ ≤ 0.040 W/(m·K) at 40°C mean

Reaction to fire C(L)-s1,d0 (EN 13501-1) for 9mm to 19mm wall: low smoke, self-extinguishing

Maximum operating temperature 100°C

Also reduces structure-borne pipe noise (up to 30 dB(A), EN ISO 3822-1)

2 metre lengths, sold individually

Is the 19mm wall the same product?

Yes. Armacell's UK Tubolit DG range is made in 9mm, 13mm, 19mm and 25mm walls from the same grey PE foam, covered by the same technical datasheet. The 19mm wall has the same thermal conductivity and the same C(L)-s1,d0 fire class as the 13mm; it simply gives a thicker insulation layer.

What's included

One 2 metre length of pipe insulation in the size selected.

Sizes and prices

Pipe size

Wall thickness

Length

Armacell code

Price (inc VAT)

15mm

13mm

2m

TL-15/13-DGU

£2.49

22mm

13mm

2m

TL-22/13-DGU

£2.99

28mm

13mm

2m

TL-28/13-DGU

£3.69

35mm

13mm

2m

TL-35/13-DGU

£5.49

15mm

19mm

2m

TL-15/19-DGU

£4.99

22mm

19mm

2m

TL-22/19-DGU

£6.99

28mm

19mm

2m

TL-28/19-DGU

£7.99

Specification

Material

Closed-cell polyethylene foam (PEF) to EN 14313, grey

Thermal conductivity

λd ≤ 0.040 W/(m·K) at 40°C (EN ISO 8497)

Reaction to fire

C(L)-s1,d0, 9mm to 19mm wall (EN 13501-1)

Operating temperature

Up to 100°C

Length

2m

Downloads

Download the Armacell Tubolit DG datasheet and range brochure (PDF)

Options

Choose the size to match your pipe's outside diameter and the wall thickness you need.
