Brass Compression Male Coupler (Copper x BSP Male Iron)
A straight brass compression adaptor that joins copper tube to a female BSP thread via a male iron (MI) end. Compression joints need no heat or solder, so they suit connections to valves, pumps, cylinders, manifolds and appliance fittings on hot and cold water and heating pipework.

Options
Choose the tube size and thread size from the drop-down. The first figure is the copper tube outside diameter, the second is the BSP male thread size.
Installation and compliance
Cut the tube square and deburr it, fit the nut and olive, then tighten without over-tightening. Seal the male thread with PTFE tape or a suitable jointing compound. Install in line with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations and good practice. Not for gas or refrigerant pipework unless the fitting is marked as approved for that use.
