Brass Gate Valve – Compression x Compression (15mm, 22mm, 28mm)

A brass wheelhead gate valve with compression connections on both ends, for isolating sections of copper pipework on water and heating systems. Choose 15mm, 22mm or 28mm from the size options.

Options

Select the size from the options above. For gas isolation use a gas-rated valve such as our yellow handled gas lever ball valve; this gate valve is not for gas.

Installation and compliance

Fit to clean, square-cut copper tube to BS EN 1057 and tighten compression joints as you would any compression fitting. Gate valves are intended for isolation (fully open or fully closed), not for regulating flow. Work on water supply and heating systems should be carried out by a competent person in line with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations and Building Regulations.
