Cylinders are delivered direct to site from the manufacturer, UK Cylinders. Popular standard sizes are usually available from stock, but some sizes and specifications are made to order, so the lead time depends on the cylinder you choose.

After you order, we check availability with UK Cylinders and contact you with an estimated delivery date. If your cylinder needs to be made to order, we will confirm the lead time with you first and only place the order once you are happy with it. If it does not suit, you can cancel for a full refund.

Once a made-to-order cylinder has been confirmed with you and placed with UK Cylinders, the order cannot be cancelled. We arrange the delivery for you.

FlowCyl Heat Pump Unvented Hot Water Cylinder

FlowCyl heat pump cylinder with a large-surface, high-gain 1" coil designed for the low flow temperatures of air and ground source heat pumps. It is compatible with any make of heat pump.

Kit supplied

3 bar/6 bar inlet control set, 15mm x 22mm tundish, 9 bar/70°C T&P relief valve, T&P cover, 28mm 2-port valve and high limit cut-out thermostat, plus a 3kW immersion heater (two on 400L and above).

Connections: 3/4" compression hot draw, cold feed and secondary return; 1" F heat pump flow and return; 1 3/4" F immersion boss; 1/2" F T&P valve. 12mm sensor pocket.

Installation

Unvented hot water systems must be installed by a G3-qualified installer and registered with Building Control or a competent person scheme.

Delivered direct to site from UK Cylinders on a pallet, kerbside, to mainland UK addresses. Lead times depend on stock and whether your cylinder needs to be made to order; we will confirm your estimated delivery date after ordering. Please check the cylinder for damage on delivery and note any damage on the delivery paperwork before signing.
