Inta 28mm Automatic Bypass Valve
The Inta automatic bypass valve is a differential pressure valve for wet heating systems. It opens automatically as system pressure rises when thermostatic radiator valves or zone valves close, so water keeps circulating through the boiler or heat pump and the pump isn't left running against a closed head. The opening point is set on a visual dial on the valve body. Choose the straight (in-line) ABPS28CP or the angled (90°) ABPA28CP to suit your pipe run.

Options
Select Straight for an in-line fit or Angled for a 90° fit using the Style selector. A 22mm version is also made by Inta; ask us if you need it.
Installation and compliance
Fit across the flow and return between the pump and the first TRV or zone valve, in line with the flow direction marked on the valve, and set the dial to the differential pressure from your system calculation. Install to the manufacturer's instructions and the boiler or heat pump manufacturer's minimum flow requirements. Installation should be carried out by a competent heating engineer.
