LK 527 Heat Pump 3 Way Diverter Valve Set – KVS 25 for 35mm Primaries
The LK Armatur 527 is a high-flow three-way diverter valve for larger heat pumps on 35mm primary pipework. With a KVS of 25 it has very low resistance, which helps maintain the high flow rates heat pumps need. It is paired with the LK 527 actuator (066284) and supplied in the UK by Firepower. The 1¼" KVS 25 valve body is also sold on its own as a replacement or spare.

Wiring – LK 527 vs LK 525
The LK 527 uses a switched live for heating and a switched live for hot water. The LK 525 28mm set needs a permanent live plus a switched DHW live. On Midea / Clivet Edge F R290 heat pumps use the LK 527.

Options
For small and medium heat pumps on 28mm primaries with a permanent live available, the LK 525 28mm set (KVS 13) is the lower-cost choice. If you already have a working LK 527 actuator, choose the valve body only option.
Installation and compliance
Install to the manufacturer's instructions and the heat pump maker's wiring diagram. Electrical connections must be made by a competent person in line with BS 7671.
