Vaillant ecoTEC plus Regular (Open Vent) Boiler 12kW-35kW
The Vaillant ecoTEC plus 400 open vent (heat only) boiler for traditional systems with a feed and expansion tank and a hot water cylinder. A compact 23kg unit with a push-fit flue and a rear flue option, for straightforward regular boiler swaps. Natural gas.

Required with this boiler: a flue kit
Vaillant supplies this boiler without a flue. The Flue kit selector above Add to cart adds the Vaillant 60/100 horizontal flue kit 0.7m (0010039324) by default, as a separate line in your basket. Choose the 60/100 vertical flue kit for a roof exit, and add extensions for longer runs.
Only choose "I already have this" if you already have a compatible Vaillant ecoTEC 60/100 flue kit. Check maximum flue lengths and terminal positions in the installation manual.

Installation and guarantee
Installation must be by a Gas Safe registered engineer (oil: OFTEC registered) and commissioned with the Benchmark checklist. Manufacturer guarantees require registration after installation and annual servicing; extended guarantee terms are the manufacturer's and may require their approved filter/installer.
Vaillant's current UK product page quotes a 5 year guarantee as standard, extendable to up to 10 years when registered through Vaillant Advance and fitted with a Vaillant Boiler Protection Kit (Vaillant's terms apply).
Delivery and collection
Delivered by pallet/courier (£29.99 per order) or collect free from Leafbridge, Lincoln. Order-in boilers usually 2-4 working days.
