Inta Zilmet 18 Litre Volumiser / Intermediate Vessel (10001836)
An 18 litre in-line volumiser from Intatec's Zilmet range. It adds water volume to a heat pump or solar circuit, giving the heat pump a bypass route that helps maintain its minimum flow rate and reduces short cycling. On solar systems it can also be used as an intermediate vessel, protecting the expansion vessel membrane from excess temperatures.

Installation & compliance
Size and position the volumiser to the heat pump manufacturer's minimum system volume and flow requirements. A volumiser is not an expansion vessel: the system still needs a correctly sized expansion vessel. Insulate the vessel and pipework where it is installed outside the heated space. Installation should be carried out by a competent heating engineer.
