Press Fit Gas Fittings – M Profile (Natural Gas & LPG)

These M Profile press fit gas fittings are designed for safe, efficient installation and reliable long term performance. Suitable for both natural gas and LPG systems, they are ideal for residential and commercial gas installations.

The press fit gas system simplifies installation compared to traditional gas jointing methods and allows for a completely flame free install. There is no requirement for a torch, gas, flux, or additional system contaminants, helping to reduce on site risk and improve efficiency.

Each fitting features an EPDM O ring with leak detection indicators, enabling quick identification of any unpressed joints during pressure testing. A yellow crimp indicator sleeve peels away once the fitting has been pressed correctly, providing clear visual confirmation of a secure and compliant connection.

The fittings are built for demanding gas applications, with a maximum working pressure of 16 bar and an operating temperature of up to 110°C. They are DVGW approved, ensuring compliance with recognised gas industry standards.

For large diameter press fit gas fittings 42mm and above, orders placed in small quantities are subject to stock availability and supplier pack sizes. Some sizes are supplied only in full packs, and in certain cases a single fitting may require us to purchase a complete pack to fulfil the order.
