Samsung EHS TDM+ Air to Air & Air to Water Heat Pump 4.4kW–16kW
Range being phased down: TDM+ uses R410A, which is being phased down under F-Gas rules, and Samsung is moving the range on. We do not hold stock: it is supplied to order, subject to Samsung availability, and some sizes may no longer be available. We will confirm availability and lead time before taking payment. For new systems we recommend the Samsung R32 split or a Samsung R290 mono.
Samsung TDM+ (Time Division Multi) outdoor unit: one R410A outdoor unit that serves both air to water heating and hot water and air to air indoor units for cooling and heating.

- Pairs with the TDM+ hydro unit or ClimateHub tanks, plus TDM+ air to air indoor units

TDM+ wall-mounted indoor units have no built-in EEV, so an EEV kit is needed per indoor unit; we will confirm the right kit with your order.

Installation and compliance
- For Boiler Upgrade Scheme funding the system must be MCS-designed and installed by an MCS-certified installer.
- Samsung warranty terms depend on approved installation and commissioning.
- R410A refrigerant: installation and commissioning must be carried out by an F-Gas certified engineer.
Delivery
Supplied to order from Samsung and delivered on a tail-lift vehicle, kerbside, to mainland UK addresses. Heavy item delivery charge applies. Check the goods on delivery and note any damage before signing; unboxed or visibly damaged goods must be reported within 72 hours.
