Aspen Silent+ Mini Orange Gen 5 Condensate Pump (FP3430)

The Aspen Silent+ Mini Orange Gen 5 is a quiet, variable-speed mini condensate pump for ducted units, floor-standing and chassis units and high wall split air conditioning and air-to-air heat pump units up to 40kW (136,000 Btu/h). Capacitance sensing adjusts the flow to the amount of condensate, so the pump runs only as hard as it needs to. It suits installation in a ceiling void or similar space where gravity drainage isn't possible.

Specification and price

Options

The Gen 5 plug and play cable is not backwards compatible with earlier Mini Orange models, so replace the pump and cable together. For a smaller high wall pump, see the Aspen Mini Blanc. For a pump hidden inside trunking, see the Aspen Silent+ Mini Lime trunking kit.

Installation and compliance

Install to Aspen's instructions and the indoor unit manufacturer's requirements. The pump needs a permanent mains supply, so the electrical connection (including the safety switch) should be made by a competent person in line with BS 7671. Run the discharge to a suitable drain.
