Samsung R290 monobloc heat pump with the circulating pump and control components built into the outdoor unit, so there is no separate MIM control kit or hydro box to fit indoors. Leaving water up to 70°C depending on ambient (Samsung data). 5–16kW, single or three phase.

Installation and compliance

• For Boiler Upgrade Scheme funding the system must be MCS-designed and installed by an MCS-certified installer.
• Samsung warranty terms depend on approved installation and commissioning.
• R290 is flammable: follow Samsung's installation manual for clearance and exclusion zones around the outdoor unit.

Delivery

Supplied to order from Samsung and delivered on a tail-lift vehicle, kerbside, to mainland UK addresses. Heavy item delivery charge applies. Check the goods on delivery and note any damage before signing; unboxed or visibly damaged goods must be reported within 72 hours.
